What areas do you serve?▾
We serve anywhere in the Valley! Delivery fee applies based on distance from Gilbert.
How far in advance should I book?▾
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. However, last-minute bookings with 1-2 days notice are welcome based on availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you deliver and set up?▾
Yes! We offer delivery and setup for an additional $75 fee. VIP bundle includes delivery and setup at no extra cost.
Are you licensed and insured?▾
Absolutely. Luxx Party Rentals is fully licensed and insured for residential homes, backyards, parks, schools, churches, and corporate events — for your complete peace of mind.
What is your cancellation policy?▾
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
How does the water slide work?▾
Water slides require a standard garden hose connection and a power outlet nearby. We handle the full setup and teardown — you just enjoy the fun!
Can I set up in a park?▾
Yes! We are licensed and insured for all types of events including residential homes, backyards, parks, schools, churches, and corporate events. Some parks may require a permit — we recommend checking with your local city beforehand.
Do you offer a photo backdrop?▾
Yes! Our black and gold sequin photo backdrop is included in Gold and VIP bundles, and available as a +$40 add-on for Silver. Perfect for quinceañeras, birthdays, and special events!
